Each item has been carefully researched and selected to provide
you with products that satisfy your needs. Please don't

selection. If you don't see what your looking for --
ask us. We are always in search of new products to meet
your requests and needs. If for any reason you are not
thoroughly satisfied with your purchase (excluding software),
please return it within 30 days and Infogrip will promptly
exchange it or will gladly refund your purchase price.
All prices, specifications, terms, conditions
of sale are subject to change without notice. All prices are
listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter
in our store, however there are several web sites that provide
this service.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until
you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit
card until your order enters the shipping process. Despite
our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog
are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices
as part of our shipping procedures.

If an item's correct price is lower
than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and
ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher
than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either
contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel
your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked
on their product information pages as requiring a special
surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and
weight of the item. Charges will be included in the Shipping
& Handling subtotal of your order.

To help provide you with the most responsive
customer service and product support, we appreciate all product
exchanges or returns within 30 days. Before returning
any product, please download our RMA form under our support
section or contact Infogrip for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Infogrip will not be held responsible
for any products returned without an RMA. Product returns
and exchanges must be in good condition with all original
contents. Any incomplete returns, or those received
after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns
or exchanges received after 90 days will not be refunded.
Returns must be prepaid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
