We know how important it is for schools to use purchase orders. We make it very easy for schools to place a purchase order with Infogrip.


Ordering on Our Website with a Purchase Order
Go shopping on the Infogrip website. Click on the products you want to purchase adding them to the cart.

1. Once finished shopping, click on the Proceed To Check Out button and fill in the required information in the corresponding fields or if you are a returning customer, and are logged in, all of the necessary information will be filled out for you. Please check to be sure the ship to and bill to information is current. You can find this in the box to the left, Your Checkout Progress.

2. Under Payment Information, choose Purchase Order. Below there is a spot to fill in your purchase order number. If you are going to upload your purchase order, click the button that says Upload and upload your purchase order. To avoid duplication, please do not fax, email or mail in your purchase order if you have uploaded it on our website.

3. If you are not going to upload your purchase order, type in: Fax, Email or Mail in the blank in place of a purchase order number to indicate how you will be sending your purchase order.

All purchase orders submitted to Infogrip must be paid in Net 30 from the date of the Infogrip invoice.

Infogrip accepts prepayment by check, money order, ACH/EFT (electronic transfer) or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express). Orders prepaid by check or money are subject to an average 10 day hold clearance.
