30 Day Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Infogrip purchase, so we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within in 30 days of the invoice date, excluding open software, special orders or discontinued product. For return terms on a specific product, please go to the product page for that product. Then go to the More Information tab and you will see the terms noted there.

Product must be in New Condition and Complete
Products must be returned in new condition in the original manufacturer's packaging; including all original documentation and accessories. If we receive a product that shows signs of wear, missing parts or damaged in anyway, Infogrip will not process the refund. All software and hygienic material are final sales unless they are unopened and returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Special orders and discontinued items are non-refundable. Items over $1,500 will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Infogrip reserves the right to refuse merchandise or to impose a 25% restocking fee for any returns that do not meet the above requirements. If we receive the product in poor condition, opened software or hygienic material or a special order we will contact you to see if you would like to pay to have the product returned to you or if we should dispose of the product.

Returning Product
All packages must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must either fill out and submit our RMA form or call Infogrip at 800-397-0921 or 805-652-0770 to receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of shipping package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual product packaging. All products issued RMA numbers must be returned within 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the return will be cancelled.

Returning Product
All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and customs or taxes incurred to return the product to Infogrip. Infogrip will refuse freight collect packages. Infogrip recommends that you use a secure and traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Insured certified service. Infogrip is not responsible for any loss or damage of returned shipments.

Infogrip has the lowest prices guaranteed, or we will beat the advertised price by 5%!

We make our best effort to keep the Infogrip website up to date with the lowest prices. However, if you do find the same product at a lower price, contact us! We will beat the price by 5%. To receive the discounted price, we will need to verify that the product you have found at the lower price is the identical product. Infogrip will need to confirm that the product has not been discontinued and that the manufacturers' model numbers match.

Shipping & Tax

Infogrip understands that fast, reliable delivery service is important to our customers. We make our best effort to ship in stock items the same business day. To further our commitment to give our customers fast reliable service, some orders may be drop-shipped from our manufacturers. In some cases you may receive multiple shipments. These shipments are subject to the manufacturers shipping policies. We will make every effort to inform you of any manufacturer variations from our standard shipping policies in a timely manner. The decision to charge shipping or to use a drop ship method is left to the discretion of Infogrip.

Orders place after 12pm PST will not be processed until the following business day. Lead times may vary based on product availability. The time it takes from the order date to the ship date will depend on both your products lead time and the shipping option chosen. In some cases Infogrip offers free shipping. This will be calculated at check out. If your order includes a combination of items that ship free and some that incur a shipping charge you will see a shipping charge in the shopping cart.

Free Shipping
Infogrip offers free shipping on all orders of $500 dollars or more within the continental US with the acceptation of large bulky items such as braille printers, furniture, and video magnifiers. Some of these items may require an additional handling charge as dictated by the product's manufacturers. In most cases this is noted on each product's page. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.

Shipment Method
Infogrip ships via a traceable method using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS to ensure that your purchase is delivered to you. The shipping company we use for your shipment will depend on the order size and the "Ship To" address. Infogrip cannot ship to PO boxes; a physical address must be provided. For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries.

Additional Shipping Fees
Large bulky items may require an additional handling charge as dictated by the product's manufacturers. In most cases this is noted on each product's page.

International Orders
Infogrip ships International Orders via a traceable method using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS to ensure that your purchase is delivered to you. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, please expect a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days from the time your order ships from Infogrip. Infogrip is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the package(s), including amounts charged by Customs or your local courier.

Order Confirmation
After you submit your order and your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation from Infogrip. This order confirmation contains:

  • Your Order ID Number
  • A description of your purchase
  • The total amount of your order

No sales tax is due for all orders shipped outside of California. Infogrip is located in Ventura, California. All orders shipped within California will be charged California sales tax based on Ventura, California's sales tax requirements. All orders placed with Infogrip will ship exclusive of any sales tax; however this may not exempt your order from taxes imposed by your delivery jurisdiction. The Customer shall pay all taxes, duties, levies or fees, or other similar charges imposed on Infogrip or on the Customer by any taxing authority related to the Customer's order.
